welcome! do a search for TT and shackles...

TT is a torsion twist, it cost nothing except for an alignment. you tighten up the front torsion bars and it raises up your front end. you get get about 2 inches without having problems. you can get warrior shackles to replace your stock shackles on the rear leaf springs which will give you about 1.5" of lift in the rear. use the search function at the top of the page alot of people have done this

Oh and 31" tires would be alright for your truck.

and i also need a motor or a block because the deck on my block got warped i have band new heads on it or should i do a upgrade on the motor

The body lift adds look and can help with bigger tires but don't add much benefit. I gave you that link because I didn't know what kind of lift you were looking for.

Doing the Torsion twist and the shacles, that is kind of a cost effective way of adding some lift that will actually benefit you a little. And I'm not sure bout the motor question, I don't want to give ya any bad advice lol But sounds like you need to junk the block either way.

ya the block is deff junkk but i need to find some one with a motor for it the 8th vin has to be (x)

Go to the classifieds section here and post in the Autoparts wanted section. explain what ya want. Some folks here have a spare ex. So ya may find one from a member here.
