i think my windows are off track

didnt have this problem till i got a system anyways now my windows the two front ones are messed up. The motor works but they dont really go down with some pushing or pulling i can get the driver side down but not the passenger side, how do i fix this, and what caused it? Keep in mind is a 92 xlt....

The motor is out....Inside the gear box of the window motor are 3 plastic bushings..After years of use, heat, cold, vibration..The begin to break down and crumble..It is a pretty big job to fix..
The gear boxes are rebuildable, but most Shops will recommend a new motor.
