Get a different radio- the JBL and non-JBL systems have differn wiring systems. Either get a JBL radio, or an aftermarket radio and a harness.

how muck for the after market wireing harnesse or chae the sperker conector

dig around behind the radio and by the heater controls. Attached to the dash frame supports are the non-jbl plugs that fit the cassette player. Then you have to get to the factory amp in the rear pass side panel behind the back seat. Go to your local car audio store and get an amp bypass kit for your year ex. If you have long skinny arms you can just barely reach the 2 plugs on the amp, plug those 2 amp plugs together (with the by-pass kit) and you should get-er-done. (Just so you know I spent from 1982 till 2002 installing for a living)

How come you took the factory CD player out, does it still work?

I would be interested in it if it still work, pics???
