I want/need to clean my MAF

I have been experiencing a rough idle at warm start lately and after reading many threads here I think I need to clean my MAF. My question is what is the best thing to use to clean it. Can I use throttle body cleaner, or carb cleaner or what?

Im pretty sure you need to use denatured alchol found at pharmacys, or health food stores.

If you find in necessary to use a chemical, use electrical contact cleaner. Usually a fine artists paint brush is all that is needed. I actually stole one of my wifes mascara brushes to keep at work for cleaning MAF sensors.
