Ideas for a "miss"?

Hard to believe it failed because of one leaky injector o-ring... . . . things that make ya go huuumm.

But you did replace some other sensors too, so, combo prob.

Yeah but I ran it on a smog machine and it was still failing right up till I did the oring. 2 VERY long time professional mechanics told me that the leaking oring would cause a lean condition and typically the computer would compensate for it by dumping in more fuel to end up actually causing a rich condition.

Especially with batch-fire injectors. The whole bank would be adding more fuel to compensate for a single cylinder.
 






Thank you to sirhk100 for posting your problem and the solution. It exactly matched what mine was doing after the intake gasket replacement. I managed to pinch off part of one lower o-ring when installing the injectors. I purchased new o-rings from NAPA and they were almost loose on the injectors combined with too little lubrication resulted in the damage. Some work and 6 new o-rings and it runs great.
