Ok guys and gals- seems like we are go for the Ford fair- I would like to organise some refreshments this time and feel if we all do a bit we can have a good day!
I will bring the gazebo again,(this time no one has borrowed it and I dont have extra bits in the box to confuse the set up)!
If some one can bring like a paste table- we can all do sarnies, rolls etc- and bring some BEER, wine, what ever you drink....Its a lot cheaper than the burgers I had there that came out to around £7 each!!!

Whos gonna do what then?

We have to do a risk assessment on what we are bringing to the stand BEFORE we send the stand / ticket application off..

so prepare it, I cant see anywhere it says you cant BBQ ,
assume we have to bring a fire extinguisher though in case any bangers spontaneously combust...

so anything else we need list it here and we can cover ourselfs!

Anyone interested in making a weekend of it with the camping?

I may be able to blag a gazeebo from one of the companies I freelance for. We use them on site as they can be errected in about 3 minutes. It's about 9' x 9' with plenty of headroom.
