I have 2006 explorer 4x4 xlt 4.6. While im driving my brakes engage but only while im turning or coming out of a turn and the brake pedal becomes difficult to press. There are no lights on on the dash, allthough the advance trac light will come on for a few seconds. When i disable the the advance trac, by holding the button down, the problem will go away but i can hear and feel grinding. I have replaced the front driverside wheel hub assembly because i was told that i had a bad wheel bearing and it was causing the ABS to engage. The tone rings seem to be intact and i recently replaced the front brake pads.
