Idle Air Control Valve and Fuel Cap?

Hey guys:
I dug in all threads but can't seem to find my answer...
Where in the net can I get the cheapest IAC?
And also a fuel cap?

The local Ford stealership does not have the fuel cap available now , and the IAC is way too expensive here in Dominican Republic...

They cleaned the IAC with electrical cleaner in the shop but it still has the same code, that's why they told me I have to buy a new one and a new fuel cap because it is broken

The fuel cap says it is
MOTORCRAFT Part # FC961 {Non-Locking, Quick-On #FC957, FC974, XU5Z9030JA, XU5Z9030NA}


Sorry for so many questions but the thing is that I have bought before many times in the net and when I receive the item it is not an exact fit
Plus, it is a pain to return items from DR to the US...
