Idle for 96 Eddie Bauer?

Ok, i put in a new 200 amp alt, put a smaller belt on, etc. Everything is fine and dandy....when im driving. When im sitting idling...my car wavers around 6-700 RPM's...and my car feels like its gonna die..and my alternator is getting almost no juice (or should i say putting out)...

Does anyone know how to change the idle on a 96 Eddie Bauer with the center computer cosole? Or do i need to get one of those computer things that i plug in and change it electronically? ITs really bugging me...cuase i'll start my car...and it like almost dies

i could be mistaken (its happened before) but you should be able to adjust the idle on the throttle cale on top of your intake. if not...this at least bumps you up to the top of the forum!
