Idle issues

Hi all,
I have a 2015 ford explorer XLT, suddenly it star entering in safe mode and the wrench light start coming on, I don't have any other lights or codes in the scanner, I just turn it off and on again and the problem goes away, there is no recognizable pattern it happens with no warning, any Ideas? thanks in advance.

Is your coolant level where it should be? Check the condition of the oil on the dipstick to see if it's contaminated (milky).
I'm wondering if you may have a water pump issue. Did you notice if the temperature gauge was reading hight? How many miles are on the vehicle?

Hi thanks for the help, I checked and oil looks good and water a little bit low but nothing to worry about it.

It has 159000, I never have any overtemperature issues.
