Idle problems

I went mudding the other day and while I was out there after going thru some semi-deep puddles my explorer wont idle normally. It boggs down and eventaully stalls out. When I do drive it drives fine but once I get to very slow speed or a stop it boggs down and cuts off, sometimes wont re-start. The check engine light is on and stays on, Im also stationed in Germany and dont have someone to check out the codes without having to pay large amounts of money. The MAF is good, I changed out the air filter(it was horriable) and checked the intake tube and its clean as can be. Anyone have any ideas????

Well you really need to get the code pulled if your CEL is on. It's easier than playing a guessing game. You can always go buy an OBD scanner...they are extremely cheap online, and pull your own codes.

Alright, I had the codes ran and this is what it came up as:
P0190-fuel rail pressure sensor circut malfunction
P2196-O2 sensor stuck rich (bank 1 sensor 1)
P2198-O2 sensor stuck rich (bank 2 sensor 1)
What should I do next Potroast? Reaplce sensors???
