IFS to TTB pumpkin swap???

The 91 to 94 TTB front ends have dana 35 pumpkins and the newer 95 to 01 IFS front ends have dana 35 pumpkins. Does anyone know if they interchange. I think I know where I can get a limited slip D35 out of a V8 Explorer, but I would need to put it in a TTB set up to fit it under my Bronco II. It looks like all I need to do is bolt the carrier into the TTB and pop in the TTB axles, but it just sounds too easy.

TTB is reverse cut, IFS is standard (low pinion)
