I was looking for a new set of ignition wires and I found these nice set of 10mm blue wires from Davis Unified Ignition Livewires($99) on summit racing, they also recommend using their brand Screamin' Demon coil pack ($89) so I decided to give them a try.
And I'm sooooooo happy with my choice!!!
The truck runs much smoother and throttle response is a bit better!
Hey guys, this is not an illusion....this set really works!
Right after installing it I started the truck and a strange smell came out the exhaust...I said wtf!
...well it was the smell of all the deposits in the cylinder chamber the worn stock ignition set couldn't burn.
To get good use of all its power, you must open your plug gaps up to a .065 in.
I used double platinum spark plugs.
I truly believe it's worth the money.
