I'm Dying!

My '03 Sport Trac is dying when I stop. I've changed the sparks plugs and air filter. It's getting hard to keep driving like Fred Flinstone. Does anybody have any suggestions.

I think you might be able to find some information if you look up IAC or MAF. Thers are threads on how to clean them. Thats your idle air control valve and your Mass Airflow Sensor. Maybe your Trottle Position Sensor is bad. Search the forum you will find lots of information.
