Hi All,
New member here. Recently purchased a Explorer and so far loving it. I did buy it with a known fault which I am hoping someone can help with?
The reverse camera does not work. Is there reset or a way of finding out what the issue is?
Many Thanks!

Welcome to the Forum. :wave:
I'm not aware of any reset specifically for the camera. What is the issue? A blank screen when going into reverse? Do you get any sort of display?
If it is a fuse issue, then the following would also not be working;

You could try a Master Reset which will also return most things back to factory defaults. A negative battery cable disconnect for 10 minutes or so will do much the same thing. Given the age of it, it could possibly just be dead.
If purchasing a replacement, Levittown Ford is a forum vendor and offers a 50% discount on shipping.

Since you haven't indicated which trim you have, I checked for a Limited but I don't think it matters.
In any case, a new camera has to be programmed to the vehicle in which it is installed.
Here is another possibility; Corroded back up camera harness

Yes

:rolleyes:
See how useless a post can be without DETAILS? ;) Edit everything you know about yours into your signature so it always shows with every post - that way, you don't have to remember to do it each time. Then edit your first post with all the details & history of this symptom that you know: when it began, if it was sudden or progressive, and what exactly you mean by "does not work". Is the picture foggy? Grainy? Black? White? Scrambled? Details are good - a few pictures or video might be even better.

Remember that we only know what you tell us about the situation & vehicle, and you didn't tell us much. 🤔
