IMPORTANT exhaust question

i need a response very very soon on my question..im ordering the flowmaster muffler from summitracing.com in about 2 hrs when i get to my moms...what size do i order so it fits right on my stock exhaust pipes?

I have a 91 XLT,,,Im ordering the single in single out..Im gonna clamp it at first but then im gonna weld it together when i get my welder back from NC cause my uncle has it.

The inlet should be 2.5". Your tailpipe is either 2 or 2.25". If it's 2" you should get a new tailpipe to 2.25". Dunno if you can get a 2.25" out, usually people get 2.5" for both and have a shop narrow it down to 2.25".
