Is there a write up for how to change the dashboard light...i think the bulb is dead i have no light on my dashboard or where my speedometer is...anyone have any ideas where to start?

On a similar note, I need to clean out dust from the speedometer display glass and behind the glass. This is for a '96 Explorer. Any suggestions on how to do this? I see two screws on the top of the glass, but I haven't tried to loosen them yet. I want to hear from the experts first, before messing around.

Additionally, the black plastic piece around my stereo/heater controls/center vents has a chip in the paint. Any suggestions on removing/replacing that?
