Thanks for the info. Trying to discover why my fuel pump will not kick on sometimes. Right now it is in one of those will not kick on times. Tried fuel pump relay and PCM and still no luck. Also my fuel guage is staying on half a tank even when the key is off. Could this tell me anything about why the fuel pump is not engaging? Really appreciate any help.
Turn the key ON, and tap on the tank with a rubber mallet. If the pump kicks in, either the pump is bad, or you have a bad connection at the pump. If you are getting power to the inertia switch, then the PCM and fuel pump relays are good.
