Injector pulse width increases when engine runs bad

My 1993 runs bad when warmed up intermittently I just had my engine rebuilt fixed my rough idle but now I'm dealing with a intermittent loose of power and extremely rough idling when warmed up my injector pulse is normally 2.9ms at hot idle 800RPMS when it runs bad injector pulse on bank1 goes to 5.5ms at idle warmed up and 3ms on bank 2 what are these injector pulses telling me? What should I check/test?

Some 93s have 2 O2 sensors, one for each bank. I'd change the bank one O2 sensor and go from there.

Ford think a fuel issue would cause my problem? The 02 sensors are new motor craft ones less than 500 miles, I replaced the ecu checked injectors with a noid light and it flashes but very dimly, checked fuel pressure and its good, all sensors appear to be working on my scanner
