Inner fender liner...is that the part name?

I ripped my splash guard/fender liner thingy trying to get to the back spark plug...what is the exact name of that part so I can grab a new one?

I have always called it the inner fender and a few other names when it gets in my way :

I don't know what those would cost new, used they should be very little.
BTW, the flexible guards over the shocks are under $20 new from Ford.
