Hi folks, some of you have read on my woes (and satisfactory repair) of an inner tie rod. I've got an idea on how to stregthen them without any external changes, taking all of 10 minutes per side to do.
Anyone know the thread pitch of the jam nut and bent shaft in this image?
All my research shows the bent shaft having an M14 specification, 1.50 threads. I'm also guesssing (parts are at home) it takes a 22mm wrench. I'm really looking for the specs on the tie rod end threads.
Can anyone confirm (or contrast) any of this?
