Installing a sub in the rear

Hi folks
The bank holiday is just around the corner, i was going to take the time to install my ICe Equipment, however i need some advice.
i'm thinking of putting the sub in the right hand side ,where the CD player is, in the boot space is, i don't have a CD player there but some netting to hold my cleaning bits at the mo.
My First problem, i think i will encounter will be removing this netted bit of plastic, can anyone help?
Secondly, do you think there would be enough air space behind the rear seats to place an amp?
and lastly, for the moment, is it possible to put screens in the back of the front seats? the seat i have are the all in one cloth seats

its easy....on my 97 xlt i had to remove the 3 plastic round plugs at the bottom of rear window and the ones around the top or rear window. if you carefully move the carpet from around the right rear tire hump there are 2 little phillips screws take them out. also use a larg torx bit to get out the bolt for the rear pass seatbelt. then there are like 8 little clear plastic tabs that have to come out to get that box off. i used a little tiny pry bar and wrapped tape around it on the curve so i didnt mar the trim. i think car parts places sell the trim removal tool but its what i had so i used it. if you are gentle you can probably use the plugs again. i also just drilled pilot hole in through the sub box in the corners and used some small bolts with nuts on the back to hold it in tight. thats all i removed to get my sub in and i did mine just 3 days ago. there was a small factory amp in there on mine.....dont know if your model has one or not. i dont think there is enough air space for a amp that will make alot of heat. might be possible if you had some way to put vents in the plastic wall you know like the ones in a computer and maybe throw a fan in there. i saw some post on here cant remember where for amps under the rear bench. i think thats where i am going to put mine. i just ran my sub wires up through the wall towards the front and out under the bench seat. if you flip your bench down and pull up on the flippy flapp thingy you will see where some factory wires run....that where mine can out at. total tear apart time 20 min....install 10 min.....reassemble and run wires 30 min piece of cake. i left my factory amp inplace incase i sell it can go back to factory in no time at all.
