I want to install an auxilary tranny cooler (I plan to do a little light towing). I want to know what direction fluid flows to and from the radiator, is the top line in, or out, and what line should I tap into to go to the auxilary cooler.

Welcome to this forum! If you are installing a remote filter, then the direction is important. The cooler's lines aren't directional, so I wouldn't worry about it. Just install it in one of the front lines near the radiator.
