I started the install of my PA883 BL on my '02 Sport yesterday. the pass side core mount is the only mount that gave me problems. Using breaker bar on the nut on top it would spin the entire mount. So i put a large rachet on the bolt head on bottom to stop it from spinning. What happened next was the bolt head snapped off. Now i am at a stand still. Can i drive the sleeve/bolt up and through the bushing or is my best bet to buy a new bushing/sleeve and cut the old one off with my sawzall?

If the bolt head snapped off you should be able to pull the mount from the truck to work on the bench. If you can't get the bolt out from the nut end(top) then a new bushing is in your future. You could always grab one from a jy. I pulled mine from the truck and put them in a vise to drill them out. Much easier only took 5 minutes.

I remember when I was trying to take one of mine off, the entire mount would spin on driver 3 and me and my friend just said screw it and cut the head off with a dremel. Then after the head was off, we just it it with a hammer and then it fell out.
