Do a search for Borla headers in the parts for sale tread. I posted them later last year and they are pretty much brand new with everything. I also have dual valve springs and retainers as I was starting to prepare for a 410 cam swap, and rumor has it that emissions are soon coming to an end at least here. And superchargers (used) are starting to emerge at affordable prices.
Well in my case I found used JBA 4.0L headers for $150
I did not find it difficult to install them and don't mind working in my truck so it was not a big deal, waste of time and $$$ as stated above.
The biggest improvement was to the sound of the exhaust and also the engine was more rev happy above 3500 RPM. In high altitude youer engine needs all the breathing help it can get.
