instrument panel and running lights

I have a '00 sport explorer and there is a 15-amp fuse that runs the turn signals, instrument panel lights and the running lights. The turn signals started acting up, and then they went out completely. Shortly after that the instrument panel lights went out along with the running lights. That's when I found the burnt 15-amp fuse under the hood. I replaced it and it was all good for a day or two. Then it all happened again. I checked all the other fuses and a few more were burnt up. I replaced them as well as the one under the hood and it has happened again. Do I need a bigger fuse? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

You have a short somewhere and a bigger fuse will only allow it to "burn" longer before the fuse pops.
Since you first noticed problems w/turn signals My first thought is the multifunction switch. Does it buzz when useing turn signals or high beams? If so thats it. If not let us know.
