If you want to pay twice as much as the KKM kit for the added aluminum intake tube, I think it's a good buy The intake tube itself won't help you out that much more than the cone filter, but it does look good!
Brad(88vert) built me one and it looks really nice. Why would anyone pay that much for something that doesn't do anything but collect dust and dirt and grease and needs to be cleaned all the time. Yes, it does look really nice but the price is a little high. If it was 30 or 40 bucks then I would of bought one. I can use the money that I would of spent on one to buy other things for the X that will increase horsepower.
It looks "CUTE". However, sucking "HOT" air causes the computer to retard the timing, thus killing your performance. Not to mention inducing that pesty little creature called "PING". Save your money and build your own "REAL" cold air intake. Your engine will thank you...
i think the same guy has short kit that is just the showy chrome tube.... add that to the kkm you already have, and youll have that bling bling ricer look
