intake manifold bolt sequence

i have a '94 X and i am replacing the head gaskets, intake gaskets, etc. and need to know what the bolt tighting sequence is. and as far as anyone one knows is there anything i should be careful about while replacing all the gaskets.

Intake manifold torque sequence

Put a dab of RTV in the corners of the intake when doing the intake gaskets. And when doing the head gaskets make sure you replace the head bolts.

since i blew a headgasket is it nesacerry to get the heads checked?

Since you have the heads off I would definitely get them magnafluxed and milled. These heads are very prone to cracking. If there is a problem with them I would just replace the heads, you can get them pretty cheap from Clearwater Cylinder Head.
