Intake manifold help please...

I have a 1995 Ford Explorer 4.0 liter. While driving home the lower intake manifold cracked spraying antifreeze everywhere. Engine runs fine, caught it in time. Was wondering if there are any instructions or videos in how to replace it? Tight on cash, will have to do this myself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

start by going to the parts store and buying a repair manual for truck (Haynes or Chilton, around $22). make sure you have all the tools you'll need. start by disconnecting the battery and then follow the bouncing ball. the one tool that you might not have, which you'll need, is a torque wrench. you can buy these at the parts store, or borrow one for a refundable deposit and you'll need gaskets for your replacement manifold.
