Intake Manifold

I was wondering if an intake manifold for a 5.0l GT40 would work on a 99 5.0l mountaineer?

You have better intakes manifolds than the stock GT ones. But you can swap to pretty much and Mustang application as long as the upper will fit with the lower. You may need to do a little custom TB work, but since the Mustang guys use our upper intakes, we should be able to use theirs, right??
