For starters my 2002 Ford explorer 4.0l xltwill not climb past twenty most times ten mph. A fuel smell with hesitation in the engine that stalled after while and the breaks stiffs up. Check engine light was on but cleared and now won't come back on.
I Took it to the shop and they changed the to fuel pump, O2 sensors, spark plugs, wires along with the coil pack.
But the same issue continue to happen.
They did futher est and sprayed something around the engine and found out theres a leak in the intake manifold , that bolts popped off and now they're in the intake and the gasket got sucked in there. They told me to get a new intake upper and lower for starters do I really need both and what does a lower like.
They also told me this will take about 7hrs to fix is that accurate. Help please any way possible.
