In my experience in searching for a 2013 Sport (after the end of the '13 production cycle), there were not many dealers who had in stock any '13 Sports with the 400A equipment package (and also lacking the other available options). The closest dealership to me indicated that because they were only allowed to order for their inventory 1-2 Sports at a given time, they would order their inventory models fully-loaded due to the model's popularity and the quickness at which they sold. I am not sure if this was unique to the local dealer or if it is indicative of dealers in general. At that time, the local dealership had no Sports in stock and only one, with 402A and all of the options, on order ($50K+). Because I did not want to wait to order a '14 and wanted the incentives available on the '13, I ended up finding and buying my '13 Sport, without all of the options, at a dealership 8 hours north of me.
Your experience could be different with the 2014s coming onto the lots; however, the fact that this vehicle is in high demand and selling fast means that you will probably have to spend a lot of time searching on the web and be willing to travel a little bit to get one if you find it (hopefully not 8 hours though!). Otherwise, you should be able to get exactly the trim package and options you want by ordering through your closest dealer if you do not mind waiting. Good luck either way you go.
