Most of the lights inside ur dash are actually normal clear bulbs with a green plastic cover over it. If you pull out the radio deck, you'll see these (very small) lights that illuminate for example the 4wd selector and the rear window wiper. The green plastic covering is very easy to pull off of the bulbs themselves. I guess you can look around ur local surplus electronics store and see what they have.. who knows.. u might just get lucky and find blue covers. one thing that comes to mind right now are blue toggle switch covers but i dunno..
