can you turn them on at all from the switch inside?

Will they turn on if you open any of the other doors?

Thanks i can only turn on the dome lights from the switch that's built into them, and by opening the back/rear door then only the dome lights go on but none of the doors.

But the swicth in the dash doesnt work? Sounds like that'll be your problem but im not 100%.

It just dimes the dashboard lights..replace it?

well i just opened all the doors and turned to lights switch and the dome lights went on but not the door lights..but i also looked ant all the door jams and they all have this little black button that pushes in when you close the door...all but the drivers side door black button is missing..hope I'm making sense

ok here's another one got in, tried to turn on the dome lights from the headlights switch..nothing..opened the door turned the headlights switch again..they're on..closed the door turned them off and turned them on again and worked..crazy. please your help is appreciated..

Kinda hard to diagnose (I like to do it visually) but i'd say get that swicth for the drivers door and maybe get the dash switch out of the junkyard and see if it works.

found the switch is broken in the driver side door jamb it not on the door but in the door jamb i can access the wires from near the emergency break but the opening is too small to get my hand all the way up to hold the wire up to the door jamb so i can plug in the new switch..all ideas welcome..
Thank you
