Is “Check Gage” a typo?

Maybe the gage instead of gauge is simply about fitting the two words in the smallest light circle and still be noticable.

There isn't a low fuel light on our 3rd gens correct? Just that check guage we've been discussing.

Nope...unless you've got the Message Center. My dad's 2005 XLT has that and it will beep when it reaches the low fuel mark...but it trips when the estimated remaining range is 50 miles.
