Is Ford Serious? Rant Warning!

I have been reluctant to have this recall done on my '97, because I've already had a serious fire in the engine compartment that was not caused by the master cylinder. Plus I do all of my own work anyway.

First id like say wow what a freakin joke! So nice 67 likes to spew crap like that an im not sure if he means to come across like that or if he has more $ than ¢ . Anyway I too have had dealership problems of all kinds and try to avoid them when possible. Thats why I grabbed a few of the recall harnesses in the junkyard and did it myself. Keep in mind in my area there are only three dealers that have ford and they all are really crappy in both price and service dpts. The sad thing is there are several ford dealerships but most are the same dealer and we have yet to find any that aren't crooked. That said we have had good luck with other chain store type places like aamco ect..
