Is it possible to do a coolant flush myself?

Or is it better to pay the $65 and have a radiator shop do it for me? I know that the quick oil change place does a half ass job and probably leaves half the bad coolant in the radiator.

As long as i've owned the vehicle (since sep. 2000), i've never touched the coolant. It looks dirty.

its easy to do your self but for $65 if that includes the coolent its not too bad if your car is still under warrenty you have to put fords coolent in it . its easy to do just dont run the block dry
 






Not difficult to do, however, remember that you have to properly dispose of the old coolant.
