My subject says it all...

I have the superlift 5.5" lift with the radius arm drop brackets.

I am in the midst of reinstalling my front axle after the re-gear and I stripped it all down and painted everything.

I didn't know which side the radius arms came off of and couldn't really see a difference but it seems like the castor (or camber, can't remember which is which) is way off. Like the pinion angle is maybe high and the coils bow forward.

Can these be reversed or is this normal?

Anyone out there today? I hope I can get an answer in the next few hours before I pull my radius arms and flip them... thats a lot of work!

thanks for any help anyone can be!

..Yes there is a left and a right...Go to http://superlift.com and find the install instructions...It will show the lettering on each arm will tell which is which..;)

Frick... I was hoping you'd say they were the same...

I probably have them backwards. I found numbers for the Superlift drop brackets left and right but nothing about the stock Ford Radius arms left and right. If you know exactly where and have a link, post it up, if not, I'll keep digging.

thanks!

I'm not wondering about the brackets BTW... just the stock arms

55-03-1130 ..................radius arm,drivers side..............................(1) 3/4” stover nut

55-04-1130 ..................radius arm,pass side..................................(1) 3/4” stover nut

Couldn't find anything resembling those part numbers on the arms, so I switched them anyway and that was the problem... thanks for the help.

...IIRC, it is stamped just in front of the shock mount bolt holes, on the outside face in the center of the RA...

..They seem to be lightly stamped and a coat or 2 of paint usually covers the numbers up...I've added the Superlift installation notes (minus the pics) with a link to the full instructions and pics in this thread..;)

..Edit: ...I didn't really read your post #4 ..Yea, the stock ones don't have numbers...Sorry, I got caught up on your first post...
