is this a good sub

i made a console for my explorer and i am putting a 8" sub in it. the amp i have is a rockford fosgate 350S (87.5 X 2 RMS continuous power into 4 Ohms - 175 X 2 RMS continuous power into 2 Ohms). with it being a 2 channel amp i want a dual voice coil 8" because that is all that will fit so i was wondering if this was a good sub. or if anyone has any suggestions on a good semi cheap (under $100) sub. i just want some good bass i dont need something that will rattle my whole X.

If it's a real Audiobahn, then yes. $23.00 sounds a little cheap to me.
