It could possibly be the cat or if autozone has a fuel pressure tester you can rent for free then I'd test the FPR first since its a free and easy test.
You connect it to the service port on the fuel rail and with the engine at idle, fuel pressure should be between 30-35psi? I think thats the right psi but someone correct me if I'm wrong
Also soak the cat bolts with plenty of WD-40 or PB Blaster before hand
