sounds pretty good to me, right now with the winter gas I am only getting 13 or so

that is awesome mileage. I got 150 miles to my last tank.lolol. it sucks so bad. granted i was in 4 wheel for about 100 of those 150 miles

I doubt I'd even get that kind of gas mileage if I had my X parked with the engine off!

That's very good. Heh...I don't even know I can get 25 going downhill.

I can usually drive about 270 miles with a quarter of a tank left...on the highway. In the city, I think I can only get about 250-ish miles.

r u serious! i get 12 city tops. and thats with 91+ octane b/c of the apten chip.

Sounds like there may be a math mistake. I have better odds of waking up next to a supermodel then getting 25mpg with an X on the highway.

heh, looks like aldive has a little competition

Dude! You just jinx yourself! Watch that baby go down to the low teens. Just you watch. :banghead:

no math errors...

that is over the last 5 tanks. I got about 410 miles on a tank with a little over an 1/8th left on the gauge. All i got done is the Brown Wire mod and cut on my airbox some. I also cleaned the intake manifold and throttle bodie really well.

i just filled up again tonight with 415 on the odometer and a little over a 1/8th left.
took just under 16 gallons to fill up. You check my math but that comes out just over 25mpg right?

:D

I believe him

As unlikely as it sounds it can happen. I once got 24 mpg on a road trip in my little '94 Sport. I suppose I must have been more gentle on the throttle than I usually am. Unfortunately I haven't gotten anything near that since. Currently I'm averaging 16.... or less...

Just as a note, this is my first post EVER on the forum. I just signed up and am amazed at the wealth of info here. Thanks guys.

P.S. If anyone can explain how it's possible to get 24+ continuously they would make my day!!

11.5!!!!:D

What's the brown wire mod?

Thanks
