Issues with truck running

Hi guys, I took off my dash bezel and replaced it with a different one the other day and now the truck won’t run for long. It starts but it sputters out and does not sound right while idling, the interior lights don’t work and I have a check engine light now. The truck ran perfect before this so obviously I messed something up during that process I just want to know what I might’ve done and how to fix it

Yes the one around the radio

I will check the fuses I might have shorted something the truck runs now for whatever reason but the lights inside still don’t work however the instrument lights do
