Watching this one. Have redone the whole front end. All ball joints, tie rods inner and outer, sway bar links and bushings, shocks, checked caliper bolts and pads, repacked bearings you name it and it's been done and still have that popping noise from time to time that seems to come from the left front. Doesn't do it all the time and mostly while going over bumps as small as speed bumps. I have noticed that I can feel a flex in the left tie rod when I have someone bounce the truck up and down. Could it be in the rack itself? Or maybe the spring seat? Till then I'm 10-10 and listening in.
