Jet chip worth it

Any comments on whether the Jet chip would have noticeable improvement on a bone stock 4L OHV Sport used for towing? (only a K&N air filter and synthetics throughout)
Considering eventually a instacharger from BBK but they haven't released it to production yet, and in the meantime wondering if I would even see an improvement and not a significant loss of MPG.

Check the "Chips" section. The Jet chips have a very poor track record (1 vehicle wouldn't run!). Superchips keeps getting rave reviews except for the 90.5 or greater octane requirement!!
