Apparently Sean is trying to drive Joe to drink. What he will drink is another story because so far he has a very WIDE variety of tastes from oil to beer. Hopefully he doesn't try the grim juice he has when hes done cleaning lol
If it's anything, It'll be the Meg's APC. Sean, you'll understand, it makes your heart grow fond. The stuff smells delicious...
Joe I hate our reflectors too, I miss my lights! I planned on doing the swap in the next few weeks
I figure your the one to ask; is there anything I can do to like "blend" my paint where I took the pinstripe off? Its surprisingly not as bad as I expected, but on the front fenders you can tell up close. I also want to strip my badges to be replaced with newer styles and blend that too.
I can't stand how dark the truck is with just the domes. The front doesn't bug me, but I like the floor illuminated so mini-me can get out safely. I'm planning to just tap them to the puddle lights, the wire is already in the door.
I missed the fact that you dig Henry Rollins first time round mate, he's bloody awesome. Altho' this is coming from a bloke who probably has more dog hair in his X than carpet and only ever think's about detailing his engine, but for the life of me I can't see half of the dirt residue that's pissing you off.
I agree with the less light making you thinner policy, I'm only 200lb when it pitch black.
Apoligize for the incoherence of this post, I'm sobre.
Didn't you see the filth on the rear seatbelt bracket?!?
Rollins is the f'n man. I met him in East Lansing before a spoken word gig, and the guy is straight up smart. Pleasure to spend 5 minutes chatting. Haven't written lately, but I did email him and got an answer on an old reissue CD I was looking for about 2 years ago right before he left Indie 103.1 to go back to KCRW. If you like bizzare combinations of music, check out his show:

^^^ I laughed out loud at this one. So whats next for the detailing Joe?
Just finishing the panels, armrest pad, new panel for the pass. rear, then the cargo area. I want to find a new carpet, as the old one has a massive chunk of epozy glued to it. For now, I can just put my new cargo organizer over it, but I'll know it's there.
Once warm, I can then tackle the exterior, including quite a bit of paint correction. Lots of scratches, but I think the new eg's Microfiber DA system will take care of it.
Wow- still a lot to do... Ugh! Probably won't be any new stuff until next week though.
