Hey everyone. Bought a 98 explorer due to my 94s engine dump. Pics to be added later today. 4.0 sohc 145k miles, auto, 4 high, 4 low 4x4 system. 4.10s front and rear with limited slip in the rear. Power everything, power moon roof. Gray leather interior. Rear climate control system in center console. Aftermarket pioneer head unit with speakers. Its been setup with a 2" reese hitch and a electric brake assist for when the past owner pulled a camper. Gonna put my 15x8 Mickey Thompson rims on it with 31" goodyear authorities. My daily driver.
Lots of questions sorry off the bat.
Rear sags 1/2 - 3/4" gonna put my unused warrior shackles on it if they fit with the Reese hitch.
Could I just used the 4 dr leafs springs on my 2 door for height change and more load capacity or a f-150's?
With the torsion twist should I buy the tool for it and not use the old hold keys?
Anyway to make this Ex 2 wheel only besides taking the front driveshaft out? Or am I forced to drive it in full time 4 wheel auto drive?
