I just did some work i cleaned my maf and my throttle body for the throttle body i used stp intake and throttle body cleaner let me tell you it was FILTHY horrible after i cleaned the maf with denatured alchol i left the neg battery cable off for like 15 min to reset the comp and let me tell u i hit 55mph in one block ! i was amazed that was like a 15 mph gain from before and it does it so quietly now should i still do seafoam? or is it not necessary?

I say do it for the $5 and 15 minutes it will cost

the seafoam cleans a different set of components. You probably won't see dramatic results on top of what you have already got, but it can't hurt and it will help clean out your intake path.
