Hello everyone:

Just acquired a 92 Eddie 4X4 with a bum transmission. I will definately need your help since the previous owner has put 3 trannies in this puppy in the last two years.

...welcome here....i take it you have the a4ld auto trans with o/d??? if you do a search for a4ld or look in the tranny section you will find some great writeups...

Welcome! Depending on what you are gonna use it for, and what you want to spend, there are transmission alternatives, Chevy 700R4, C4, C6, all kinds of stuff.
