hello every one.Im 23 married & got 3 kids plus a house so iwant do something differnt like building a awsome explorer but i need some tips on doing that because i just got 3 months ago for $ 400 yeah awsome price it only has 112000 and body is mint but the underneath of it got alot of surface rust ijust need to know if i can work with it or not.
