Kenwood KDC-MP438U Clock Display

Hey guys-
Does anyone have this deck (or something similar) that could help me out? I have the Menu set to display the clock. However, that's all it will display. When I seek/scan/change tracks, it will momentarily display THAT info- but then go right back to the clock. Is it possible to have it keep the clock on there the entire time- but scroll the Track/Station info? Or, rotate between them?

i have had many Kenwood decks,and installed nay more, all Kenwood, give me a bit of time and i will read the manuals and see,
i think i have manuals for about 20 different models, ,, i used to install lots,

I'd really appreciate it! It drives me crazy that I can either have the clock or music info display- either or, not both.
